When we moved to Prince Edward County at the end of 2019 our plan was to spend the new year exploring the local wineries and restaurants, but 2020 had other plans — that’s how Harvest To Bottle was born.

We share stories behind different PEC wines each week, including food pairings sourced locally, with the goal of trying a total of 52 different bottles in 52 weeks (or less).


Who is behind HTB?

Brittney Newstead has worked in public relations and social media for 8+ years in both agency and in-house settings. She still gets excited for a content shoot — especially the ones that include food and wine.

Arnaldo Quintini has 10+ years of hospitality experience and a background in graphic design and advertising. His favourite drink is a Smoked Boulevardier (if there’s no sparkling wine available).

Together, we combined our passions for eating, drinking, photography, and the inspiring winemaking community in PEC to bring this project to life, and we’re excited to see where it goes!
